For Participation in Planet Frame and Public Presentation of Student Work

Dear Parent or Guardian,

Your child has been invited to participate in Planet Frame, a youth film initiative that encourages students to create short video essays or films about nature, the environment, and the future of our planet.

Selected works may be shown at an educational event, and shared on the project’s official website, YouTube channel, and social media to raise awareness and celebrate student creativity.

Please read the following and confirm your consent for your child to participate and for their video to be shown publicly.

 I hereby give permission:

• For my child to participate in the Planet Frame project

• For my child to submit a video (individually or as part of a group)

• For the public screening of the submitted video at educational events

• For the video and my child’s name to be published on the project’s website, YouTube channel, and social media

• For photos or clips of my child to be used in materials related to the project

I understand that the project is non-commercial, educational, and designed to support youth creativity and environmental awareness.
