Terms and Conditions – Planet Frame Youth Film Anthology
By submitting your registration and participating in the Planet Frame project, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 10–24 (students, youth, or school-affiliated participants).

Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Entries must be original and created primarily by the participant(s).
2. Submission Rules

Video length: 3–15 minutes.

Acceptable formats: MP4, MOV (max 2GB).
-
Language: Any (non-English videos should include English subtitles).
-
Content must not include copyrighted material (music, video, images) unless it is royalty-free or the participant owns the rights.
3. Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership of your work.

By submitting, you grant Planet Frame the non-exclusive right to:

Screen your video at educational events and exhibitions

Share it on the official website, YouTube channel, and social platforms

Submit it as part of the collective anthology to film festivals and competitions

Your video will never be sold or commercially redistributed without your permission.
4. Code of Conduct

Entries must be respectful and appropriate for general audiences.

No discriminatory, violent, or harmful content is permitted.
5. Selection Process

Not all submissions will be included in the final public screening or anthology.

A panel of curators will review and select submissions based on creativity, message, and relevance to the project’s theme.
6. Privacy

Contact information is used solely for communication about the project.

We do not share personal data with third parties.
7. Agreement
By registering and submitting a video, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
