Founder & Producer

A Bit About Anna
Anna Raevskaya is a cultural producer, filmmaker, educator, and creator of international youth film
initiatives. For more than a decade, her work has brought together cinema, education, cultural
heritage, environmental responsibility, and international collaboration.
In 2013, in Sochi, Russia, Anna founded the Stone Bread Youth Film Laboratory and Initiative, an
educational platform created for teenagers and young people with no professional experience in
filmmaking. The project combined documentary filmmaking, research expeditions, historical
memory, environmental awareness, and hands-on film education.
Under her leadership, more than 30 youth expeditions have been organized, focusing on history,
cultural heritage, and natural environments. Participants not only explored the world around them
but also created their own films, documentaries, and creative projects.
As a producer and creator of original concepts, Anna has led the development of feature-length and short films, documentary productions, and youth film anthologies. Her projects have been presented in more than 20 cities and have gained international recognition through screenings, festivals, and cultural programs in Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, and other countries.
A key focus of her work is supporting young creators without professional filmmaking backgrounds.
Through her projects, many participants have been given their first opportunity to tell their stories
through cinema and present their work to wider audiences.
Anna is a member of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio and actively develops
international partnerships in youth cinema, culture, and education.
In 2025, Anna founded Planet Frame: International Youth Film Festival & Anthology in the United States. The project serves as an international platform for filmmakers aged 12–22 and brings together young creators, film schools, educational organizations, international ambassadors, and cultural partners from around the world.
Planet Frame also serves as the foundation for the International Youth Film Laboratory, a space for
collaborative filmmaking, education, cultural exchange, and the development of international film
projects. Today, the initiative is building a global community of young creators united by a shared
interest in cinema, culture, environmental responsibility, social engagement, and intercultural
dialogue.
Anna's mission is to create accessible opportunities for young people regardless of their country,
social background, or professional experience. Through cinema, education, and international
cooperation, she helps young people discover their voices, develop creative skills, and engage with the cultural, social, and environmental challenges of our time.
