Planet Frame is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Morganton, North Carolina, developing an annual platform for youth cinema and international cultural exchange.
In 2026, Planet Frame expands into a three-day free public festival in downtown Morganton, featuring international youth film screenings, local premieres, and community engagement events.
The initiative focuses on supporting young creators (ages 12–22) while promoting family participation, environmental awareness, and meaningful dialogue through film.
